Montpellier – 20 March 2017 – Cutting Edge SAS announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Kestrel Ophthalmics Limited a highly-respected distributor of latest innovations to the United Kingdom ophthalmic community.
Kestrel Ophthalmics has been supplying innovative technologies for over 16 years to NHS and private practices, whilst working alongside UK health care professionals in their everyday practice to help them deliver the highest quality of treatment they can. The company enable the ophthalmic community to deliver successful patient outcomes by supporting their needs with quality product portfolio and insightful, specialist knowledge.
